About Malheur ESD
Directing services to public school students with unique needs is a long-standing service of Malheur ESD. Specialized student services may include:

Malheur ESD assists local school districts to assure continuous improvement of curriculum development, instructional delivery and student assessment. These services include the training of teachers to design and implement instructional programs and the development of assessment programs to measure student achievement. Malheur ESD facilitates effective use of computers and communication media and stabilizes resource management helping districts respond to fiscal needs.
